Heeneman & Partners is an independent organization and has no ties to financial institutions. We offer personal attention so that you are unburdened. By investing in one of our real estate funds, you don't have to worry about managing your investment. We provide expert advice and care of your investment, and take care of the entire process from start to finish.
When you invest in one of Heeneman & Partners' investment funds, we will take an executive role in the whole process. During the introductory meeting, we will look at the options that suit your investment profile. In addition, we completely manage your investment, which means that we take care of the full execution of your investment.
Heeneman & Partners fondsmanagement B.V. is licensed under the Financial Supervision Act (Wft). Our organization is supervised by the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). For more information about which form of supervision applies per managed fund, please continue reading under the “Supervision” tab.
A long investment horizon is desirable for a large increase in wealth. If you have the opportunity to start investing when your (grand) children are still relatively young, they have many years ahead of them to benefit from the cumulative returns. This is therefore definitely recommended.
Yes. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you still have a complaint about our services, please let us know. If we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, you can file a complaint with Kifid.
If you'd like to invest with us, we will contact you to get acquainted. We will then schedule a preliminary meeting, either by phone or physically, where we can discuss the options with you. In addition, we strive to have a personal conversation with you about your investments and your personal situation at least once a year. We will then discuss your investment profile and how your investments are doing. If anything changes for you in the meantime or if you have questions about your investments outside the annual personal meeting, feel free to contact us any time.
We like to invest part of the assets in a sustainable way and take sustainability into account as much as possible in our investment policy. This means, among other things, that almost all existing objects in the real estate portfolio have an A-label. This striving for optimal sustainability is an ongoing process in managing our funds. It is therefore not only important to make sustainable choices for new projects, but also to minimize the ecological impact of existing projects. Although sustainability is very important, achieving the highest possible return for customers at the lowest possible risk is currently the most important investment consideration, given the above method. Heeneman & Partners does not promote sustainability features and does not have sustainable investments as a specific objective as referred to in articles 8 and 9 of the European Regulation 2019/2088.
You will receive an update on the funds in which you invest by e-mail every quarter. We also host an annual participant meeting where formal matters are discussed.
Not with most funds. There is an investment horizon that is further specified in the relevant fund's prospectus/information memorandum/brochure. It is possible to sell participations if there is another candidate available. However, this situation would have conditions. For more information about selling your shares, please contact us.
Yes, investments are a normal asset, so you can include them in your will.
If you've received an inheritance and aren't in need of the money immediately, investing can be a smart choice to help you increase value and income. By investing in one of our real estate funds, you can take advantage from the benefits of real estate investments, such as tenant income and appreciation. This can result in an increase in value of your investment.
Investments can be transferred to others as long as this is possible within the fund terms. It is important that the beneficiary then accepts the donation, of course. The donation must also be coordinated with your own financial/tax advisor.
Investments are a normal asset, just like your savings. If you are going to divorce, the assets will have to be divided. We can 'sell' your portfolio, so the money comes into your account, or an investment portfolio can be divided in two. In the event of death, the heirs decide how to proceed with the portfolio. This can mean the portfolio is sold, but also that the portfolio is transferred (possibly in parts) to the heirs.
