CV KDV offers investors the opportunity to invest in social real estate. The fund was established in November 2020. A limited group of investors (less than 50) is offered participations in CV KDV by the limited partnership CV KDV, represented by its managing partner.
The issuer CV KDV is a limited partnership that currently invests in two real estate properties, one at Brinklaan 117 in Bussum, and one at Museumlaan 16 in Koog aan de Zaan. The aim is to expand the real estate portfolio in the future. By extension, incumbent investors enjoy a first right of registration (in proportion to their participation).
The social real estate fund CV KDV was established in November 2020. The fund's first investment was the purchase of an office villa in Koog aan de Zaan. This object has been rented out for 15 years to a childcare organization, Villa West. Villa West already operates two other branches in Zaanstad.
With the second purchase of a former rectory in downtown Bussum, the capital was expanded in June 2021. The object in Bussum will be leased to childcare organization Philippo for 10 years.
The aim of the fund is to eventually expand the portfolio to at least five properties, preferably rented to various childcare organizations.
