Winkelvastgoed 1 CV invests in a number of beautiful retail buildings at A1 locations in four inner cities across the Netherlands (Leiden, Dordrecht, Sneek, Baarn) with ANWB, Unilever, Bruna and Open32 as tenants.

The net distributable return for the first year is 6.9% (after repayment of 2% on mortgage financing). A total average return of 9.9% is expected. The aim is to purchase these objects in an investment resume with a small group of investors. Participation is possible with participations of €10,000. The investment horizon is approximately 7 years.
