supermarktfonds.nl is an initiative by Heeneman & Partners and a number of independent supermarket entrepreneurs from various supermarket chains to invest in supermarket real estate. The fund is also open to participation by non-supermarket entrepreneurs.

By investing in supermarktfonds.nl, you are participating in a growth fund. The fund invests in supermarket real estate that is a relatively stable investment with a low risk profile.

There is an investment committee, the majority of which consists of participating supermarket entrepreneurs, and there is also a supervisory board. In addition, there is an A-participant council, which represents the participating supermarket entrepreneurs.

The fund is intended for supermarket entrepreneurs, but is also open to participation by non-supermarket entrepreneurs. Investments are made in first-class supermarket buildings. Supermarket properties are generally an attractive investment because supermarket tenants are often strong tenants and there is a low chance of vacancy. In addition, the risk profile of supermarktfonds.nl is lower than usual due to the specific knowledge and active involvement of the participating supermarket entrepreneurs.

The fund invests in Dutch solitary supermarkets and (neighborhood) shopping centers where the supermarket (s) is/are dominant. The fund strives to achieve the most attractive return possible for participants with as few risks as possible. In principle, the operating return is paid quarterly, depending on the result.

supermarktfonds.nl is a common account fund and is fiscally transparent. The fund has an indefinite duration.

supermarktfonds.nl is open for subscription through the prospectus (dated April 1, 2022) based on art. 4:37 l Financial Supervision Act. Investors can join with a minimum amount of €100,000.
